What is the Pupatella Rewards Program?

This program rewards our loyal guests with free pizza offers based on their purchase history. Guests earn one point for every $1 spent and they earn a free pizza for every 250 points earned.

If the guest earns a free pizza for every 250 points earned, does that mean they have to spend $250 to earn a free pizza?

Not necessarily because we offer ways for the guest to accumulate points. For example, the guests earns 50 points for signing up for the program. As of now, we offer 2x points days on Tuesdays.

Is there a birthday bonus?

Yes. If the guest provides their birthday, they will receive $5 to spend at Pupatella. 

Can a guest earn points at other Pupatella locations?

Yes, Pupatella is currently available at most locations. We hope to offer this program at our North Arlington and Springfield locations soon.

Do all menu items earn Reward points? 

No. Alcoholic items and purchases from third-party platforms (i.e., UberEATS, DoorDash) do no earn points.

Can a guest earn points from ordering over the telephone?

Yes, if the guests provides their phone number in the Rewards prompt. 

Can a guest earn points from ordering from Pupatella.com?

Yes, if the guests provides their phone number in the Rewards prompt. 

Why do the guests need to provide their phone number?

The Rewards program recognizes the guest by their phone number, digital rewards number of email address (if provided). The phone number is the easiest way to identify the guest.

Will the promotions and offers always be the same?

The program and offers are subject to change.

Where can a guest learn more about the program?

More information and the terms and conditions are posted on the Pupatella website.

What if there is a table of four people and they want to split who gets the points? 

If you need to split the points, you will need to split the ticket and enter the guests' phone number for each new ticket. This would allow the points to be earned based on how much each guest is paying.

What if a guests forgets to enter their Rewards number?

The guest would need to submit their receipt and phone number and email this information to rewards@pupatella.com for the points to be added to their account. 

How do guests sign up for Pupatella Rewards?

Guests need to visit Pupatella.com to create an account. At this time, guests cannot create an account at the register.

Do guests need a smartphone to participate?

No. but the guests will need a phone that allows text messaging. 

Where do guests view their account balance?

Guests can see their account balance using a link on the Pupatella website.
